CHILDREN _{^{OF THE}} MOUNTAIN is a registered charity whose aim is to address the needs of children in Nepal. We are building futures ONE CHILD, ONE SCHOOL AT A TIME.

The charity is committed to providing access to education regardless of caste, fund essential educational aids, overcome child abuse and to support all pupils to reach their full potential.

In addition we aim to provide adequate infrastructure, sanitation, water supplies, health care and support to the local community.

There is so much need in Nepal it is easy to be overwhelmed. We have therefore focused on the needs of a specific area, Tandrang in Ghorka district. The area has 10 schools and 2,000 pupils.

In summary our primary objectives are

The charity has representatives in Vienna, Kathmandu and Dubai. The charity maintains a needs awareness presence in the Emirates but no direct fund raising activities take place.
